The College of Education provides faculty and staff members office computers that meet the standards set by Minnesota State University, Mankato. Computers will be replaced on a three-year cycle. New faculty receive a new computer.
Replacement Upgrades - If a faculty or staff member finds that critical functions cannot be performed with present equipment even though it is within the three-year cycle, a request may be made for an earlier upgrade. Faculty/Staff submit a Statement of Programmatic Instructional Needs (SPINs) including name, date required, requirements unable to be met, rationale, basic upgrade requirement, cost of upgrade, faculty and department chair signature.
