Clinical Lab Facility

The CSP clinical lab facility has been and continues to be in development for over three decades. The lab with its rich history and state-of-the-art technology is meant to augment and enhance the training of students in both the Masters and Doctorate programs.

Accreditation

CACREP (Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs) was formed in 1981 in cooperation with the American Counseling Association to promote the advancement of quality educational programs in counselor training.

Anthology Portfolio Faculty and Staff Resources

This page will serve as a resource for faculty to utilize Anthology Portfolio (formerly Chalk & Wire). Anthology Portfolio is a web-based software used by the College of Education to assign and document field experience and student teaching placements and to collect other assessment data. 

Anthology Portfolio for Supervisors and Mentor Teachers

Starting in spring 2021, supervisors and mentor teachers will use Anthology Portfolio, formerly known as Chalk and Wire to complete formative and summative assessments and other observations as determined by program faculty for students in student teaching.

Professional Education

All teacher candidates are required to be assessed at the beginning of their education program. This assessment takes place during admission into Professional Education. Both undergraduate and graduate students seeking initial licensure are included in this process.
