The Adventure Education Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato just may be the tool you need for your group! Our program offers innovative challenges and the use of adventure-based risks to promote positive growth. The Adventure Education Program has a 20 year history of offering programming to suit the participant's needs.


Message from the Director:

The Minnesota State University, Mankato Adventure Education Program has over 20 years history of providing teambuilding and high ropes experiences. We utilize a variety of program options to design a program specifically for your groups needs.

The goal of this site is to give interested people an introduction to our program and to provide information for clients. The information contained here is updated regularly.

For clients coming to the program, all necessary forms are available here for printing.

The Adventure Education Program is not a Credit Based Degree Program. The AEP serves the University and surrounding community with Adventure-Based Programing Experiences.

Mission Statement:

As a branch of the Master's in Experiential Education program at MSU, the Adventure Education Program fosters personal growth through adventure-based experiences for MSU students and other members of the greater surrounding community, while simultaneously enhancing graduate education through provision of facilitation experiences for Experiential Education Master's students.
