Occasionally courses from other universities or departments can be substituted for program requirements. Make an appointment with your advisor to initiate this process.
Formal evaluation of prior academic preparation occurs after a student has been admitted to the University and has attended a transfer orientation. The Department Chairperson formally approves the coursework based on transcripts, course descriptions and syllabi, samples of completed work, and/or field experience evaluations.
