Early Childhood: Birth through Grade Three

Early Childhood Education

Students study education content and pedagogy to develop expertise in teaching children from birth through grade 3. Early childhood majors engage in clinical experiences throughout their coursework in nearby early learning environments and elementary schools. The program culminates in experiences in student teaching. This major prepares students to become licensed in Minnesota to work with children from birth through Grade 3.
