The Office of Field and International Experience provides services and support related to student teaching as well as pre-student teaching field experiences in education. The office along with our P-12 school partners strive to give teacher candidates the highest quality experience related to current research. We currently work with hundreds of professional educators in districts in several locations: southern Minnesota; Twin Cities metropolitan area; Aldine, TX; Queensland, Australia; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; and Costa Rica. Our Professional Development School partners include: Faribault Public Schools; LeSueur Public Schools; Mankato Area Public Schools; Owatonna Public Schools; St. Peter Public Schools; Sibley East Public Schools; Waseca Public Schools; Bloomington Public Schools. Using co-teaching as a pedagogical strategy, our teacher candidates work closely with cooperating teachers to ensure the success of all P-12 student learners.
