Collge of Education Graduation Ceremonies
There are three separate College of Education graduation ceremonies during Fall and Spring semester. The Pinning Ceremony is intented for undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Teaching Graduates and Graduate Level Initial Licensure graduates. This ceremony is on Friday of finals week. The Hooding Ceremony is intended for graduates receiving their Doctorate, Masters Degree or Specialist Degree. This ceremony takes place on Saturday morning of finals week and does not replace University Commencement but is in addition to. University Commencement is the large graduation ceremony where all degree levels are covered with three different time frames for ceremonies. The College of Education event is always held at 12:00pm.

Bachelor of Science in Teaching Graduates and Graduate Level Initial Licensure graduates and guests are all invited to attend the reception and pinning ceremony.
