Review of candidates by program faculty at end of each term

General Information

At the close of each term faculty meet to discuss candidates and their progress. If faculty have concerns about a candidate, the candidate's case is discussed and concerns are reported following the Communication of Concerns procedure. Faculty may determine that a Student Assistance Plan is necessary.

Faculty Responsibilities

• Meet with other faculty
• Be aware of core assessments and assessment system requirements
• Be aware of dispositions
• Report concerns using Communication of Concerns procedure
• Set Student Assistance Plans for candidates as appropriate
