The Department of Special Education prepares undergraduate and graduate students to attain the credentials they need to succeed in a dynamic, expanding field.
Project PREP aims to prepare at least fifty new fully credentialed Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) teachers over the next five years, whose work will lead to improvements in teaching and student outcomes.

Our undergraduate Academic and Behavioral Strategist program gives new teachers a broad base of skills necessary to work with a variety of student needs immediately.
