| 7:30-9:15 | Open Play -- Children may choose from various activities in the Green or Blue Rooms. |
| 8:30 | Breakfast is served. |
| 9:30-9:45 | Large group story or music. Children are provided with music, stories, flannel board stories, fingerplays, and discussion as language building activities. |
| 9:45-12:00 | Each child belongs to a color group. Each color group participates in: Outside time - children are provided large muscle activities including: tricycles, sand play, games, climbing, basketball, and sledding. Usually 30-45 minutes in length. Small group time - children are provided with books, songs, fingerplays, flannel board stories, and discussion to facilitate language development. Usually 15-20 minutes in length. Activity time - children are provided with skill building activities in the areas of: science, creative art, large motor, manipulatives, sensory, dramatic play, blocks, math and language development. Usually 30-45 minutes in length. Lunch - children are provided tasty meals representing all of the food groups. Meals are served family style. The children serve themselves and are encouraged to eat what they take and to try all foods. |
| 12:00-1:00 | Rest time -- with audio stories and soft music. |
| 1:00-2:00 | Wake-up -- Bathroom -- Quiet Activity time -- art, science, music, blocks, small manipulatives, dramatic play and housekeeping activities will be explored. |
| 2:00-2:30 | Outside activities -- Large muscle games and toys are available. |
| 2:30-2:45 | Large group story or music. |
| 2:45-3:15 | Wash hands -- Bathroom -- Snack. |
| 3:15-5:30 | Outside activities -- Open play. |
