The Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) is dedicated to developing racially conscious leaders for K-12 schools, higher education, and non-profit organizations.
The degree is offered via Telepresence Classrooms in both Mankato and Edina locations.
The application deadline for the fall 2023 cohort closed on April 1, 2023. The next Educational Doctorate cohort begins in the fall of 2025 with the application window opening in December 2024.

The degree is designed for educational practitioners who seek an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, education organizations, or as university/college faculty. The program addresses advanced preparation of leaders and will focus on racial equity and applied research in the field of education.
