Expanded Information on the Educational Leadership M.S.

The Master of Science in Educational Leadership provides educators with the racially conscious knowledge, dispositions, and skills necessary for effective leadership for all students in our education system. The Master of Science in Educational Leadership also prepares students for advancement to the Educational Leadership specialist degree for administrative licensure.

Delivery Model

The Master of Science in Educational Leadership degree is designed for working professionals and delivered using an online cohort model of two classes per semester. The classes are held on Saturdays, with one class in the morning and another in the afternoon. They meet five times per semester; the remaining coursework and group work are done online.
