College of Education Scholarship Ceremony
In conjunction with the generosity of our donors, the College of Education awarded over $425,000 to over 200 scholarship recipients this year. The average scholarship was $2,100—making a large impact on our students and their ability to achieve their academic goals. Students earning a scholarship demonstrate hard work and commitment to excellence. To help celebrate these students, we are hosting the Student Scholarshop Recognition ceremony.
The fall 2022 Student Scholarship Recognition ceremony will be held on Thursday, November 17th. Students will receive an email invitation. Students may invite up to two guests to accompany them to this event. RSVPs are required.
Ceremony details:
- Date: Thursday, November 17th
- Location: CSU Ballroom on the Mankato campus
- Time:
- Social Hour: 5:30 PM -6:00 PM
- Ceremony: 6:00 PM
- Dinner buffet: there is a dinner buffet included for students and up to two guests as part of the ceremony
Student/ Guests Check-in:
Students and guests: when arrive, please check in at the main table just outside of the CSU Ballroom to find your assigned table for the event and to pick up your name card.
Parking:
Vistor parking will be made available for free to our guests for those who utilize the Visitor Paylot (Lot 4) any time after 4:00 PM. Note: there are signs stating payment is required through the Flowbird app. The fees will be waived for those guests who park in Lot 4 during this scholarship event. View a parking map here.

Students who RSVP will recieve an email with additional informattion closer to the event date.
