Admission to Professional Education

Students seeking admission to block/level education courses are required to be admitted to Professional Education. Admission to major and admission to Professional Education can happen simultaneously. Admission to Professional Education requires students to meet the requirements for admission into their major and:

  2. Proof of professional liability insurance

Variance Process

In efforts to make our programs more inclusive, students can request exceptions to certain admissions requirements (i.e. GPA, course requirements, modification to student teaching, etc.) through the variance process.

For questions or for more information, contact the College Education Advising Office.

What is a variance?
